Chernihiv is one of Ukraine's oldest cities — a place of ancient churches and deep Polissia roots, where embroidery traditions have been preserved across centuries. The region is known for its refined white-on-white technique, but its most visually striking pieces use red, black, and white together: strong contrast, rhythmic geometric compositions, patterns that feel both ancient and precise. A piece from one of Ukraine's oldest places, carrying that quietly.

This isn't a folk embroidery reproduction. It's an original graphic interpretation, rooted in something specific to this place. The design is the same one used on the matching embroidered patch and on the chest of the City's apparel — same size, same embroidery technique, now stitched onto the front panel of a classic dad hat.
