Crimea's embroidery tradition draws from multiple cultures layered over centuries — Ukrainian, Crimean Tatar, and others — each contributing to a visual language that has survived enormous pressure to disappear. Crimea is occupied. Its name belongs on things people wear and carry. Keeping it visible is the whole point.

This isn't a folk embroidery reproduction. It's an original graphic interpretation, rooted in something specific to this place. The design is the same one used on the matching embroidered patch and on the chest of the City's apparel — same size, same embroidery technique, now stitched onto the front panel of a classic dad hat.
