The pattern across the chest is built from the visual language of Ukrainian embroidery — patterns that have always been about who's wearing them and what they survived. "Fuck the Patriarchy" is encoded into the structure of the design, worked in the way embroidery has always carried meaning that wasn't meant for everyone to read. Red and orange with yellow at the center, running wide across the front.

On the right cuff, the same three words again — small, white, spelled out plainly in the typeface the pattern was built from. That's the key. The front is the message; the sleeve is what it says.

Which means you decide who gets to read it. Sleeve pushed up, arms crossed, reaching for a door — the answer is right there for anyone paying attention. Otherwise it's a pattern, and they can wonder.
